My name is Paul Voge, owner and founder of Voge Law Office, PLLC. I have extensive knowledge and experience in natural resource management, land surveying, and real estate law to assist clients with various legal matters related to the use and development of their land. When they buy, sell, or develop their land, I spend most of my time helping them assess and minimize land title, legal access, zoning, and planning issues. I have negotiated and litigated boundary disputes between neighbors and used my experience as a land surveyor to identify, describe, and protect the boundaries resulting from the dispute.
Homeowner consumer protection relating to mortgage fraud, illegal foreclosure consulting, and fraudulent foreclosure rescue schemes is one of the concerns I focus on. I have litigated these issues in both state and federal courts.
Aside from being a frequent writer and speaker in real estate law and land surveying, I am licensed to practice land surveying in Minnesota, North Dakota, and Wyoming. Being an attorney and a licensed land surveyor gives me a rare ability to visualize and resolve many titles and land survey problems throughout Minnesota.
